15 September 2022

London, United Kingdom  |  09:30 – 12:00 BST

We at Betsson Group are excited to announce our second Diversity and Inclusion Conference taking place in conjunction with the Women in Gaming (WiG) Awards – this time shining the light on Women in Gaming. The half-day conference will bring people together to explore ways on how to attract and retain women in iGaming.

As an extension of the Women in Gaming Awards, this half-day conference focuses on the women in iGaming, inviting to discussions on what we can do to bridge the gender divide and promote equality and equity in the iGaming industry.

Although much progress has been made, women remain underrepresented within various sectors of the iGaming industry – particularly in terms of leadership positions.

Data from the All-In Diversity Project shows that, at entry level, gender representation is relatively even, but the gap grows as we move higher up the corporate ladder. Only 39% of Head of Department roles within iGaming are held by women and for C-level roles it falls to 34%. It then drops significantly for CEO roles, to 13% being held by women.

This conference is a great opportunity to look closer into how we can attract and retain female talent on all levels to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace.

Join us for a half-day packed with inspiring presentations, keynote speakers, panel discussions, interactive breakout sessions and great opportunities for networking!
