Corinthia St George’s Bay, Malta  |  09:30 – 16:30 CEST

We at Betsson Group are excited to announce the launch of our very first Diversity and Inclusion Conference with the theme Together We Drive Change. This conference will connect experts from inside and outside of the iGaming industry to discuss how we can create a more diverse and inclusive workplace – where all employees can thrive.

About

This conference will bring together recognised subject-matter experts, well-renowned academics and researchers, industry leaders, HR professionals and representatives from community and support agencies under one roof to discuss important aspects of diversity and inclusion and share best practices.

The business case for diversity and inclusion is stronger than ever. Over the past years, we have seen a significant increase in employee and customer interest around this topic. Companies that address diversity and inclusion issues are more likely to attract and retain great talent, cultivating positive work environments, promote innovation and performance, and enhance their brand’s value. To succeed, organisations must build bridges constructively and respectfully, creating cultures where everyone feels they can contribute and belong.

At Betsson, we believe that diversity drives innovation and success. We become stronger and more competitive by employing people of different genders and ages, with varying backgrounds, with different experience and from different cultures.

This conference will be a great opportunity to look closer into how we can drive real change together. Join us to learn from leading keynote speakers, inspirational presentations, panel discussions and interactive breakout sessions!
